- Cancellations within 3 hours of the appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of treatment. No shows will incur a 100% charge.
- All treatment packages, courses or products are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa is strictly prohibited.
- Guests that are pregnant, have allergies, recent surgery (6 weeks or less), physical ailments or any medical concerns, should refrain from using spa services. All guests are requested to kindly fill in the spa consultation form.
- All major credit cards and cash are accepted for payment. Prices are subjected to change without prior notice. If you are interested in our membership and promotion package, kindly ask our Spa Receptionist or Guest Service Assistant
- Bicycle riding around our garden or the beach
- Dhamma Tour Meditation retreats in three different formats: three-day, five-day and seven-day programs. Individuals, groups and tour organizations are all welcome.
- CSR For organizations, both local and international, to work with our community.
- Seminar Center Maximum occupancy 80 persons.
